Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect when you share your interest in Resonator product updates or early access, how we use it, and how you can ask us to remove it.
What we collect
When you submit an interest form, we collect only the information you choose to provide and the context of your visit:
- Your email address
- Use case: whether you are interested in church media or the video-podcast pilot
- Source platform, if provided (YouTube, Vimeo, or other)
- Desired output, if provided (vertical clips, transcript/captions, or both)
- Volume band, if provided
- The page you submitted the form from
- Optional attribution fields: UTM source, medium, and campaign
- Optional referrer origin and path
- Whether you consented to be contacted, the time of consent, and the version of this notice you agreed to
How we use it
We use this information only to contact you about Resonator product updates, design-partner opportunities, and early access to new workflows. It is not a general newsletter list, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
What we do not collect
We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, CRM integrations, or tracking pixels on these pages. We do not store raw IP addresses in your lead record.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information only as long as it is useful for the contact purpose described above. You can ask us to delete your record or update your preferences at any time by emailing hello@resonator.fm.
